Manpadvi's Patta or Pattika and Preliminaries
When putting on the mandan of the Manpadvi, if it has a Patta or Pattika and Pralambika, the preliminaries must also be worn. But, –
(1) When more than one honor of the first class is affixed, only the patta and preliminaries of one of them shall be affixed.
(2) In the case of Nepalese army and police, only reprimand can be imposed according to the situation.
